"Sun of the City (Here)" is a project to propose a solar clock making good use of a wall facing south and an eaves of the gymnasium for a closed school in Nakanojo Town, Japan.
I measured all lengths, angles and distances of the wall and the eaves, and calculate simulated with these data in relation to its longitude and latitude. Compass for solar clock is decided by its situation and orientation. To make a solar clock, in the other word, it is to visualize the location where the solar clock will be posed.
Through the act of trace the Sun here, I show this place irreplaceable by the simple way. This is the objective of this project.
